How is a student to know his/her strengths, skills and likes?

Homeschool students come in all sorts of flavors.

Those who know clearly from birth what they’d like to do with their lives.

Those who know they want to do something specific with their lives but just aren’t clear on what it is.

Those who have no clue about nothing and are enjoying being a student, staying home and chilling. (They do eventually figure it out but maybe later on down the road)

The reality is that each of our children, as well as we as parents, are given gifts, skills strengths, talents and abilities that are entrusted to us by God-Yahweh.

Often, these treasures aren’t tapped into or thought on until they are well into their adulthood.

Well…what if you have a way to *help* discover these beautiful seeds of blessings that the Lord has given to each of them while they are seeking direction for their future?

Here is a resource I’d like to share with the homeschooling community that may help, could provide direction or provide some consideration.

Cliff Strengths Test may be a great help for our homeschooling high school students.

This test is often given to students while in college.

But why wait……this may be key to helping our students hone in their God-given talents  and strengths sooner than later which in turn could put them on a direct course for their life.

There is a small fee to take the test if you’d care to have your student do so.

The website (link below) will direct you as needed.

Click on the link to the website >>>> Strengths Quest Test

Also…..<<clearing my throat>> I am not receiving any compensation nor kickback for sharing this test.

My college daughter who attends a private Christian college recently completed the test and it is SPOT on correct. To the ‘T.’

So I thought I’d share it this resource with YOU! 🙂

This is suggestive. I don’t promise you anything. But offer you a resource to try at your own risk. 🙂

Share results or thoughts if you choose to allow your student to take part in this Strengtsh Quest Test. 🙂 I love to hear about it!

(Share this post with a friend. They may just be *hoping and praying* for a resource for their high school student during these formative years of preparation into adulthood.)
