Have you ever had a really bad day, and you did not know what to do?
Every day, I wake up. I am excited to see another day because I wake up. Never give up, no matter what is one thing that I do.
I have chronic pain that I experience sometimes on a daily basis. I have good days, and I have bad days. One thing that I do, it is to continue to stay positive.
I have been coping with physical pain and mental illness for several years now. I am not afraid to say it. I am proud to share my experiences with others in hope to help them through a terrible day.
When my oldest son was younger, I meet a woman named Gina. I was recently diagnosed with
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. For several days, I did not feel well.
She helped me to understand that I could not make daily commitments to things because every day would be different for me.
What do I mean by everything would look different? One day, I wake up with no pain at all. Another day, I wake my entire body is hurting.
Gina and I began a strong friendship because she understood that I could not meet up daily, and I understand that she had received the same diagnoses.
She had this positive energy no matter her challenges.
Let’s fast forward to the present, since being diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, I have arthritis, eczema, and anxiety/depression.
No matter my challenges mental or physical, I will never give up.
I wake up some days entire body hurting and sometimes swollen. I can let it get the best of me, but I decide to look at the positive. I woke up today, and I begin my day with a prayer.
Begin each day with a new outlook on life, yesterday was not great, but today could be better.
What are some challenges that you face in your life?
Do you have a way to release the negative energy and change it into positive energy?
