One of the many aspects of my Option 3 association that I seek to ensure is in tact is the idea of my availability to my members.
When I was a member of another association the fact that I could never reach someone in the office when I needed them or had questions that I would desire an answer for right away was never afforded me….I knew I wanted better.
United Community of Homeschoolers Unlimited members have access to me literally 24 hrs a day.
Members are able to reach me several ways and have done so for years.
* Email Me! I have all notifications come to my cell phone. I get them right away. Even if it is after hours many times I will answer the email right away. UCHUThirdOption@gmail.com
* Text Me! My cell phone number is located in several places for you to send me a quick text message to ask questions, clarify things, let me know when you have received paperwork for me, etc. 864.300.2236 TEXT ME! Leave a message. This google voice number will transcribe your message and I can at least read it.
* Chat with me by phone! You can set up 15-min conversations by phone as you need. They fill quickly but I WANT and DESIRE to speak with you as needed. You can schedule a time and date that works best for you via my virtual calendar www.calendly.com/UCHUThirdOption/15min
*Social media message me! As previously mentioned my cell phone is usually close by me. This means that any notifications received on facebook via United Community of Homeschoolers face book page or my personal page I receive your messages.
* Message me on UCHUnlimited.com! I have members reach me via the website too.
I am here for you!
There is NEVER a reason why members of my association should feel as though they can’t reach me immediately or at least within 24 hours or less.
If I am on travel, which I have been a lot lately, you should still be able to reach me.
In January – February 2019 I was in Ghana, Africa. Guess what? I spoke on the phone with a member. I spoke on the phone with a person who desired membership. I returned emails daily. Answered text messages. And had members schedule phone chats with me.
Even if on another continent I am reachable!! 🙂
Additionally, each year I PURPOSEFULLY REACH OUT TO YOU!
Care calls/Care texts!
Did you receive at least one this year? An email? Newsletter? Videos personally from me?
Yes…..I am reachable and I outreach to you as well. It is my delight to do so.
I serve YOU!
While my time IS valuable, my time is NOT TOO precious that my members feel they can not reach me.
Please never EVER feel the latter.
If you have utilized all the above mentioned methods of communication and I STILL don’t reach you then I have failed in my service to you.
I doubt and am assured this will never happen because I AM ALWAYS REACHABLE!
