If you choose to homeschool your children and they are SUPPOSE to return to public school you WILL WANT TO become legal BEFORE PUBLIC SCHOOL STARTS. This will give you time to submit paperwork to the public school showing you are legally homeschooling so they will not consider you truant!
Be sure to research and know what being ‘truant’ is!!!
