Hey, I’m a Homeschooling Diva (Part 2) by Dr. Akiva Ford, DM

Armed with United Community of Homeschoolers Unlimited, LLC
(UCHC) as a guiding light and tool, I feel that I am in a good space
to understand how to move forward.

My second lesson I learned as it related to homeschooling was it was ‘OK’ to go with the flow.

Once we began there were times I just had to “go with
the flow.”

Simply because that was where my kid was.

That was what he needed.

That was the whole point of

homeschooling, right?

So, my goal is to share my homeschooling and personal experiences and stories with the world.


I know I am just a lonely person

in the masses of so many and I do not
hold all the answers. Nor do not proclaim to.

However, I have been told, “Girl your children are too funny, and it is always something going on with you guys.”

So at minimal, anyone who reads my blog posts will at least get a good laugh.

So yeah, no judgement as it relates to my parenting skills. I still mix parenting and teaching up together at times. Not sure if I’m suppose to or not.

But seriously, my goal is to somehow help another parent on the verge of engaging in this new way of learning with a little bit of humor and a whole lot of knowledge sharing.


As I end this my very first post, with a smile on my face, a bit of
excitement, and a whole lot of pride and just like my homeschooling experience, I feel…
