Why Do I Make My Own Bubble Bath and Body Wash?

Do you read labels when purchasing your beauty/bath products to see what ingredients are in it?

Are you cautious of the ingredients that you put on your body?

Do your beauty/bath products have to contain all-natural ingredients or does it not matter if it contains all-natural ingredients?

Growing up, I was sick often, and the doctors did not understand why.

Three years ago, my husband recommended that I should consider taking meat out of my diet to assist with some of my health issues. This is after my husband, and I read Eat Right for Your Blood Type.

I was able to read about my blood type, and I found out that with my blood type that my diet should consist of fruits and vegetables. In other words, I should eat a plant-based diet.

Since being plant based, I have learned to read every label before I purchase an item.

Some package items contain several ingredients that I cannot not pronounce, but I have to Google the ingredient to understand what that specific ingredient is.

After reading the labels and doing my research, I find out that the item contains a lot of sodium (salt) and sugar. However, sugar is listed on the label in several different ways as well as salt. Please be aware that salt and sugars are ingredients added to processed foods as a preservative and it triggers hormones sensors to make you crave more.

Back to the point of this story, one of favorite bath/beauty items to purchase is bubble bath and body wash. After reading the label and several ingredients, I decided that I would like to make my own bubble bath and body wash.

Why did I decide to make my own bubble bath when I can go to the store and purchase it?

By making my own bubble bath, I know exactly the ingredients that are in it.

This weekend, I had an opportunity to make

my own Calming Lavender Bubble Bath & Good Vibes Body Wash.

First, I research different ways to make a natural bubble bath & natural body wash with few ingredients.

Second, I begin by selecting my 100% essential oils and ingredients to make my bubble bath and body wash.

Third, I begin making my bubble bath; then, I made my body wash, and I tested it.

There were not a lot of bubbles when I tested it. Therefore, I decided to go back to the drawing board and add more of the current ingredients and retest it.

When making something for the first time, it is always a trial and error. I do not give up until I did not give up until I had the bubble bath recipe to meet my needs.

When taking a bubble bath, I am always looking for it to have a tub full of bubbles.

My homemade bubble bath and homemade body wash did not disappointment me.

They turned out absolutely great. My bubble bath makes a lot of bubbles, and it is great for sensitive skin too. In addition, my body wash turned out absolutely great too.

I would like to leave you with this. If you never try, you will not know if you can do it. It will not be easy, but you will learn to correct your mistakes. Try until you get it right, it is all worth the wait.
