The topic of “technology being a great focus in the lives of this current generation” has been a focus subject within our family for a number of years. As much as we try to *fight the take over* within our lives the more it seems to do so.
It struck me all the more when I read how Steve Jobs would not allow his children to even use technology.

This caused me to realize that my husband and I were on to something and that our thought process on this subject was clear and on target.
Besides the fact that we are becoming those who *prefer* to communicate via electronic devices rather than face to face is all the more of great concern to us as a family.
With all that said, I think the below video shares our families’ same sentiment. And so we are committed to, as much as possible, keeping things in balance.
See balance is the key word!
Too far either way are extremes I think. But Balance in all things causes things to all be kept in perspective.
