Under SOUTH CAROLINA Option 3 law it states the following:
(1) a plan book, diary, or other record indicating subjects taught and activities in which the student and parent-teacher engage;
That requirement leaves room for the home educator to be creative in how they desire to keep those records.
In the below YouTube video I share my method. You may have a better method and that’s okay.
The idea is to honor the law by maintaining your proper record keeping.
Different homeschool Option 3 accountability associations may require different formats. If this is the case be sure to follow YOUR association’s requirements.
