‘Homeschoolers’ Affirmations and Gratitude Journal – Parents’ Volume 1
Simple and short of why ‘Homeschoolers’ Affirmations and Gratitude Journal – Parents’ is because of my personal journey of learning and understanding the importance of daily affirmations and gratitude.
It has been years now that I’ve begun speaking out loud daily affirmations. My list of affirmations are many. I keep my list of affirmations in the notes section of my phone for easy access to read during my time of meditation. My affirmations are not just for homeschooling but for me personally as a human.
Affirmations gives us the power to speak things into existence. A power that we don’t value in this dimension of life.
Later, I added in the power of writing my daily gratitude. Oftentimes, I simply speak ‘gratitudes’ out loud and/or throughout the day.
Simply remember, ‘a grateful heart is a happy heart.’
Whenever I notice grumpiness or ungrateful attitudes OR complaining….I quickly begin to give thanks for various things that I can bring to my attention.
It is impossible to be grateful and complain. Or be grateful and grumpy. Or be grateful AND ungrateful simultaneously.
When you put these two elements together, affirmations and gratitude, you have a force to be reckoned with.
You began to become the CREATOR of your reality.
The homeschooling community needs to have affirmations and gratitude as a regular part of our journey. The homeschooling parents and the homeschooling students alike need affirmations to help shape the reality we desire and gratitude to keep us grateful along the homeschooling journey.
