It was a dark and stormy evening.
Threatening Tornadoes.
Flashes of lightening bolts.
Rolls of Thunder.
Lighting warning alarms blaring
A UCHU cake.
Balloons.
And families still looking for field day……….
This describes our 2nd attempt at our End of the Year Family Fun and Field Day in the Park.
I am a strong believer that all things happen for a reason. We may not always know the reason but they do happen. 🙂
God is Sovereign.
However, since we all had our dinner there, warm and ready to be eaten;
We all had planned to spend the evening at the park with friends and family;
And we all were ready for some talking and hanging out……..
We all stayed and celebrated the End of the Homeschooling Year (not really, cause we are ‘always homeschooling’).Â
We all decided to hang around for about three hours and have a meet and greet while the children played and got acquainted.
We missed many of you.
But I am most certain that you TOO saw and heard the lighting and thundering and decided to stay comfortably at home.
Oh……. but the plot thickens.
No tornado.
No storming.
No rain occurred
No fun field day games
But still we were able to enjoy a lovely End of the Year Family Fun and Field Day.
