MINDFULNESS AND YOGA WITH MR. AND MRS. JORDAN
Mindfulness practices can help us increase our ability to regulate emotions, decrease stress, anxiety and depression. It can also help us to focus our attention, as well as to observe our thoughts and feelings without judgment. These skills and techniques are very important for homeschool students and parents alike.
Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility.
Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength.
Classes meet twice a week
*Sundays at 1 p.m. EST AND *Wednesdays at 1 p.m. EST
$44 monthly (4-months)
$176 a semester
NON- UCHU Members:
$47.50 monthly (4 months)
$190 a semester
