If you have been homeschooling for any period of time you may have come to realize that FORMS make homeschooling and keeping records that much easier!
In our state, homeschooling under Option 3 comes with quite a few regulations we must follow.
Such as attendance.
Keeping attendance of at a minimum of 180 days is important. So, attendance forms are a great asset.

Those *special four years* will be here before you know it.
